A one-on-one consultation ensures that your party will be unique and customized just for you.  I specialize in flexible menus, creative presentation and personalized pricing.

An extensive collection of antique linens, silver, china and decorative accessories is available to enhance the beauty of the food.   Only the finest ingredients are used to prepare each tempting delicacy and fresh herbs and flowers grace the food as decoration. 


Currently, I am the "Chef and Kitchen Manager" at the Farm Basket in Lynchburg.  My past experience with food includes working with the Sweet Briar College Catering Department, Chef for two years at the Virginia Center for Creative Arts, Le Chantilly in Pacific Heights and teaching Culinary Arts at the City College of San Francisco.


Over the past fifteen years I have catered numerous events  in stately homes, Bed and Breakfasts as well as "on the lawn".  Additional photograph albums of my work and letters of recommendation are available upon request.
